Welcome to TRLab US ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRLab US NFT Price Prediction platform, including our website at trlabus.com, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By connecting your wallet or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that:

You are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You are not located in, or a citizen/resident of, any jurisdiction where prediction markets or cryptocurrency activities are prohibited.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2. Description of Service

TRLab US provides an NFT price prediction platform where users can:

View real-time NFT collection data (floor prices, volumes, trends).
Make predictions on whether NFT floor prices will increase or decrease within a defined time period.
Stake cryptocurrency (ETH) on their predictions.
Earn rewards from the prediction pool if their predictions are correct.

The platform aggregates publicly available NFT market data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

3. Wallet Connection & Authentication

Access to prediction features requires connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, OKX Wallet). By connecting your wallet:

You consent to the Platform reading your public wallet address.
You acknowledge that your wallet address serves as your identity on the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.

4. Predictions & Staking

Minimum Stake: 0.01 ETH per prediction.
Round Duration: Each prediction round lasts 24 hours, resetting daily at 00:00 UTC.
Finality: Once a prediction is submitted and the transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified.
Payouts: Correct predictions receive a proportional share of the losing pool, minus a platform fee. Payout ratios depend on pool distribution and are not guaranteed.
Platform Fee: A 5% fee is deducted from the winning pool before distribution.

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Financial Loss: Prediction staking involves risk of total loss of staked funds. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
Smart Contract Risk: The Service relies on blockchain smart contracts which may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite auditing.
Market Volatility: NFT prices are highly volatile and unpredictable.
Data Accuracy: Third-party data sources may be delayed, inaccurate, or manipulated.
Network Risk: Blockchain network congestion, forks, or failures may affect transaction processing.
Regulatory Risk: Laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency and prediction markets may change.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
Attempt to manipulate prediction outcomes or exploit smart contract vulnerabilities.
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage unless explicitly permitted.
Create multiple accounts/wallets to circumvent platform rules or limits.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Use the Service if you are a resident of a restricted jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and materials on the Platform are owned by TRLab US or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data:

Wallet addresses: Public blockchain data associated with your predictions.
Email addresses: Only if voluntarily provided for newsletter subscription.
Usage analytics: Anonymous usage data to improve the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF NFT PRICE DATA OR PREDICTION OUTCOMES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRLAB US AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF PLATFORM FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRLab US from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. Upon termination, any pending predictions will be resolved according to standard rules.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
